Today, over 20 members of CFT started on the Paleo Challenge.  The only path to true fitness includes the proper nutrition - it is really the foundation of fitness.  We are confident you will be very impressed with the results.  These people will look better, feel better, and perform better.  It is not too late to join them in this challenge.
