*CFT Standard Group Warm-up*


20 pull-ups
30 push-ups
40 sit-ups
50 squats
5 rounds, each for time
Rest precisely three minutes between each round. Post time for each of five rounds.
Bahahahaha!!! This photo continues to make me laugh...  Read the fine print at the bottom! And I know for those of you who showed for this WOD, you were probably complaining about your hands ripping or your "ass hickeys," so I thought this article was appropriate, not to mention it had me laughing: Hand Maintenance... it's not just for the ladies!
