WOD

Teams of 2 athletes alternate between a 400m MedBall run and 4 stations. The first partner runs with the MedBall while the second performs a movement and then they would switch. Partner 2 runs while partner 1 performs the movement. The movement stations are as follows: power cleans (95/65), box jumps (24/20), wallball (20/14) and pull-ups. The scoring was based on each team’s total reps. We subtracted the total number of minutes from the team’s total reps to force the time factor.
