WU: coaches choice+ 10 min mobility

Skill: strict HSPU (week1)
1. Spend no more then 3 min practicing getting onto the wall and finding a max distance for your strict HSPU 
2. 4 sets of max strict HSPU to max distance with 2 min rest 
-if you can not get on the wall-
3. 4 sets of 4 reps at 80% of max strict press w/2min rest

Wod: 3 rounds 
10 clean& jerks (95/65)
12 pull ups 
15 cal row 
-1min rest-
