**We have Open Gym time which is Mon-Fri from 11am-4pm**
If these times do not work for you, then contact us. More classes are added as our membership grows and we get feedback from our clients.
We also offer 1-on-1 and small group sessions by appointment.
**The free Assessment and Introduction sessions are scheduled before or after our normal class times.**
