WOD: Max Effort 800m Sprint x 3 -Rest until fully recovered after each round (approx. 4-5 mins) >Record your start and stop times after each run. **Detroit Endurance Athletes: Try your best not to have no greater than a 4 second variance between each sprint** then - not for time - Run 1600m at a 10k pace. If you don't know your 10k pace - run at a pace that is challenging but are still able to maintain breathing.
