WU: 2x 250m row(@80%)/ 20 ab mat sit ups/15 PVC shoulder pass throughs + 10min mobility

Skill: strict pull ups (with as little resistance as possible)
5x5x5x5x3 with 90 sec-1min rest

Wod: 5 rounds 
50' OH plate walking lunges (45/25)
15 burpees on to the plate 
30 sec L-sit hold on the rings or parallets 
-20min cap-
