WOD

5 rounds for time:

1 min ME OHS 95/65

Rest 30 secs

1 min Ring Dips

30 secs rest

In the Overhead Squat (and just about any other time you have a barbell in your hands), you should strive to always have the barbell over the center of your foot. Note the difference between photos #2 and #3 compared with #1.  I'm not sure about the proper placement for the hat though.
