Gnarly Nick's Warm-up and Mobility

4 Person Team WOD: 1000' Farmers Carry (2 - 35#KB) 800m Run w/ 1 KB 600m Row 300 Squats 200 Burpees 100 KB Swings (35# KB)

Rules: With the exception of running (the whole team runs together) 1 athlete works 1 athlete must hold a 35# KB overhead at all times 1 athlete holds bottom of the squat 1 athlete rests (The team  decides how to break up reps)
