WARMUP

Pick a WOD from you first week of CrossFit and repeat it (same reps/weight, etc).

WOD

Walk 400M carrying a weighted barbell in the rack position.  Every ten steps, stop and do five squats (alternating front squats and back squats). 135/95.  A 10 Deadlift penalty for eveytime you put the bar down.
