CFT Standard Warm-up and Mobility

 

Strength:
1.)15 minutes to find a 1 rep max for your Snatch or Clean and Jerk.

You can split your time between the two and try and find both. 

 

2.) EMOM for 7 minutes 2 Front Squats at 70%. 

On the second squat pause at the bottom for 3 seconds before coming up.
