Warm-up: TABATA Burpees

WOD: "Death By Clean and Jerks" With a continuously running clock, complete the following... 1 Clean and Jerk the first minute (135/95#) 2 Clean and Jerks the second minute 3 Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able. Sets may be broken during the minute. The WOD is completed once you are unable to complete the designated number of Clean and Jerks within the minute.
