CFT Group Warm-up and Mobility

Strength: Back Squat 1 X 8 @ 65% 1 X 8 @ 70% 1 X 6 @ 80% 1 X 6 @ 85% Rest 2-3 min. between each set.

WOD: 20 minute AMRAP of ~ 20 Hand-Release Push-Ups 30 Ab-Mat Situps 40 KBS (24/16kg)  Optional  WOD: For Time~ Run 800m 5 Rnds: 5 Clean & Jerks (135/95#) 10 Burpees then Run 800m
