*CFT Standard Group Warm-up*

Partner WOD: As a team, complete the following: 100 Abmat Sit-ups 100 Burpees 100 Squats >This can be done in any order, however only 1 person can be working at a time.

Each person must run 6 x 400m. >The other team member can run while the other person is working on the above movements or they can wait to do it all before or after the movements.

Time is when team has finished the movements and the run.
