WOD: 4 Rnds of~ Run 800m 20 Push Press (95/65#) -25 min time cap- >>If you finish the 4 rounds prior to 25 minutes, complete as many abmat sit-ups as you can.

Score is total PP and abmat sit-ups.

Great job to CFT's athlete's who competed in Plymouth CrossFit's 9/11 Charity Challenge yesterday! Congratulations to Joe, who took 1st place in the Men's Open Division and Carey, who took 3rd place in the Women's Open Division!
