*CFT Standard Group Warm-up*

SKILL: Rope ascents

STRENGTH: Deadlifts 3x3

WOD: 2 RFT- 400m Run 15 Deadlifts (3/4 Body Weight) 20 Box Jumps - 24"

As most of you know... CFT is heading to Columbus this weekend to compete as a team in the CrossFit Games - Central East Regionals!! As I practiced some of the WODs w/ my teammates, I questioned why the heck I put myself through this hell!!! I was quickly reminded of the "CrossFit community-atmosphere" that I have already experienced when I read this article: "Dry Mouth, Blood, and Community" from Flexfwd. Gosh, I F'ing love CrossFit!
