CFT Standard Warm-up w/ Mobility

Strength: 7 x 1 Power Snatch Rest 1 minute between lifts 7 x 1 Power Clean & Push Jerk or Split Jerk Rest 1 minute between lifts **Try to add weight to every rep ~OR~ TEO's Oly Meet

WOD: AMRAP in 15 mins~ 8 Push Press (115/85#) 12 Box Jumps (24/20") 16 T2B (Scale to Abmat Sit-ups - if you are unable to link T2B)
