Strength: 5x3 - Squat Cleans - (start @ 75% and work up)

Accessory Work: 2x Max Reps – KB Swings – (2/1.5 pood)

WOD: Sprints (2min rest between) 1x100m 2x80m 3x60m 4x40m 5x20m
