CFT Standard Group Warm-up and Mobility

Strength: Snatch - 2 reps EMOM for 7 mins @ 85% Clean & Jerk - 2 reps EMOM for 7 mins @ 80%

WOD: AMRAP in 12 mins~ 50 Double-Unders 7 Burpees *Add 7 burpees every round  (Rnd 2 - 14 burpees, Rnd 3 - 21 burpees, etc.)
