Warm up: coaches choice + 10 min mobility

Skill:

a- Take no more then 5 min to work on where you are in the HSPU progression 

b- 3x8 single arm bent over KB rows w/ 90 sec rest 

c- 3x15 oh barbell shrugs with an empty barbell w/1 min res

 

Wod: "Death by Strict Press" -15 min cap-

* if you strict press is under 115/65 use (65/45)

*if your strict press is well over 115/65 use (85/55)
