Thanks to Scott for designing an outstanding workout today.  He combined two of the most important exercises we can do - deadlifts and sprints.  People can get and stay fit from just doing these two fantastic exercises (of course, you'll be much more fit if you do a much wider variety of functional exercises).

Warmup

Deadlifts 5-5-5

WOD

Sprints:

8 Rounds of 200M Sprints (two minute rest in between)

6 Rounds of 100M Sprints (every minute on the minute)
