WU: 2x 500 m row/10 KBS/10 Glute-Ham Raises on the floor/10 PVC Good-mornings/10 PVC Shrugs

Skill: Deadlifts (week1)-
a- Take about 8-10 min to build to 80% of your max Deadlift
b-at 80% of your max complete 6 sets of 4 reps with a 2 min rest between sets 
**these are NOT touch and go each rep should be pulled off the ground as if it is your first rep***

WOD: 8 min AMRAP
15 snatches (75/55)
20 box jumps
