Monday 1/5/15: weakest link 2.0 partner comp prep day 2
WU: 2x 400 m row/ 15 ab mat sit ups/ 10 good-mornings with an empty barbell/ 10 kb step ups

Skill: Deadlifts (week 5) 25 min clock 
-take 6-8 to warm up-
5 sets of 5 reps at 86% w/3 min rest 
** not touch and go**

Wod: for time (teams of 2) 
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 
KBS (2/1.5)
Burpees onto three 45lb plates (6")

(Partner 1 does 10 KBS &10 burpees, then partner 2 does 10 KBS/10 burpees sll the way down to 1, one partner working at a time doing equal work)
