WU: 2x 500 m row/ 10 GHD/ 10 KBS/ 10 RDL's with empty barbell 
-take 5-7 min to roll and stretch-

Skill: Deadlifts (week 2)
*Take 8 min to build to 80% of your max*
6 sets of 5 reps at 80% of max w/3 min rest
**These are not touch and go, every rep should be pulled off the ground as if it was your first pull**
