CrossFit Teens (Ages 12-16)

CrossFit Teens is a great way to teach your teen about teamwork, perseverance, honesty and integrity. CrossFit Teens is also a great complement to your teens sports training program, keeping them active and in shape in the off season. Teens workouts are desgined much like the adult workouts, to be challenging for all different athletic backgrounds, while being mindful of thier growing bodies. If you are interested in trying out a class, your first one is on us!! 

Schedual:

Tues/ Thursday - 5pm

Sat- 9am

*$65/ Month 

CrossFit Kids (Ages 5-12)

CrossFit Kids is a great way to keep your little one active year round, it also starts developing teamwork and motor skills at a young age. CrossFit Kids is designed for fun, most of the kids movements are body weight only and class is always ended with a game! If you are interested in trying out a class, the first ones on us!!!!

Schedule:

Tues/Thurs: 6pm-6:40pm

Sat- 10am
