Wednesday 1/21/15-
WU: 5 dynamics of your choice then 5x PVC shrugs/ high pulls/ squat cleans/ front squat 
-take 5-7 min to roll/stretch-

Skill: cleans (week 5)
1. 4x1 squats cleans @90% of clean w/90 sec rest

2. Take 8 min to Find a 5 rep max touch and go clean

Wod: 3 RNDS 
15 deadlifts (205/135)
12 ring rows 
9 box jumps (30/24)
