CFT came together to help Steph show her support in a "CrossFit way" to honor her near & dear friend, Cassie Hines. Cassie has been battling Renal Cell Carcinoma for the last 4 years (she's only 21).  Because Cassie has showed so much strength in her battle against this cancer, Steph designed this WOD to show our "strength for Cassie" w/ each number having a special meaning in Cassie's journey.

CFT Standard Group Warm-up

WOD: "CASSIE" For Time~ 90 Double Unders then 4 Rounds of: 200m Run 8 Power Cleans (185/115#) 17 Box Jumps (30/24") 2 Muscle-Ups 1 Rope Climb then 90 Air Squats
