Mel's Farewell "Love you, Mean it" WOD: AMRAP in 26 mins~ Buy-in = 20 Pistols then 11 Hang Power Snatches (95/65#) 13 KB Swings (53/35#) 15 Goblet Squats w/ KB 17 Double-Unders

Here is why she picked the numbers for the WOD: 26 is the number MI became a state  in the US 20 is the number MS became a state in US 11 letters in Mississippi 13 is the day she actually leaves Michigan 15 is the number of hours it takes to get to MS from MI 17 is the day of September she starts her new career
