CFT Team Try-outs for BoB were held today... For those of you who tried out - CFT will email you results. We are waiting on two more peeps to go through the try-outs.

WOD #1: 12 Min AMRAP of CINDY: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Squats

WOD #2: Find your 1 rep max ~ Front Squat -10 Min Time Cap

WOD #3: 4 RFT~ Run 400m 8 Ground to Overhead (95/65#)

For any of y'all who are interested... a few of us are going to the "Original" Pancake House tomorrow after the WOD. They have the most delicious breakfast for champions there!!  LOL!
