CFT's Standard Warm-up and Mobility

Strength: Deadlifts 7 x 3 @ 75% 1 min rest between sets

WOD: 1.) 3 x Max Effort (ME) Unbroken Ring Dips -> Rest 30 seconds between each set

2.) 3 x 15 Unbroken KB Snatches (each arm) - heavy as possible -> Rest 30 seconds between each set

3.) 3 x 5 Push Press (heavier than last week) -> Rest 30 seconds between each set

4.) 3 x 15 GHD Sit-ups -> Rest 30 seconds between each set
