Warm-up: All Men Musical Med-Balls

Strength: Low Bar Back Squats~ 1 Squat every 30 seconds for 2:00 (70%) *DO NOT rack the bar until all 5 reps are complete. Rest 3 Minutes 1 Squat every 30 seconds for 1:30 (70%) *DO NOT rack the bar until all 4 reps are complete. Rest 2 Minutes 1 Squat every 30 seconds for 1:00 (70%) *DO NOT rack the bar until all 3 reps are complete. *Percentages based off most recent 1RM High Bar Back Squat

Front Squats~ 5x2 (Heavy) *3 second pause at the bottom of each rep. *Rest 90 seconds between sets.

WOD: AMRAP 7 Minutes~ 50 Double Unders 15 Handstand Push-ups
