Mini-Metcon WOD: 3 RFT - 15 Wall Balls (20/14) 15 Med Ball Cleans 20 Pistols

Strength WOD: Thrusters 5 x 5 (Goal - try to increase weight w/ each set)

We had 3 visitors today.  This one, different from the other two & so pretty,  didn't want to leave the lobby...
