CrossFit Transformation's training packages range depending on your dedication and commitment level. We know there are other gyms down the street that are lower priced. CrossFit Transformation is not a gym - we are a training facility. We don't compete on cost, we compete on quality; quality staff, quality training, quality customer service, quality PERIOD. Our personalized training doesn’t end at the door, that is where it begins. If you are looking for bargain priced fitness, please check out the other gyms before visiting our community so that you can see and feel the difference. We have combined the best part of private training, the personalized attention / coaching, with the best part of a group class - the energy and motivation, into one program. Our training packages are not just something that gives you access to our facility and the equipment. Our packages come with the support and training of our coaches along with our wonderful community that will motivate and help you to reach your goals.

Introduction Session = Free

After the inital FREE Introduction session, you are required to complete the CrossFit Foundations sessions in order to learn to do the CrossFit exercises safely and effectively before you are eligible to attend the CrossFit Group Classes.

CrossFit Foundations (Three 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions) = $150 Total

This is typically three 1-on-1 sessions in which you will get detailed instruction on key CrossFit movements, as well as completing an actual CrossFit workout (WOD) in each session. We can accomodate a small group of 2-5 in each session as well.

 

Monthly Classes:

Unlimited Classes = $150/month
3 Classes Per Week = $135/month
2 Classes Per Week = $100/month

Your 1st visit is FREE when you contact Carey via an email or a phone call. After your 1st visit, we ask that you purchase a t-shirt.

One-on-one Personal Training Sessions= $65/Hour

Guardian Discount:

We provide a 30% discount on all our services to the men and women who guard our well being and whose lives (and the lives of the people they protect) depend on their being physically fit. This discount applies to members of the military, law enforcement, and firefighters. Thank you for your service!

Special Group Rates: Call us for special group rates for your athletic team, police precinct, firehouse, etc.
