Our current class schedule is:
Monday: 6AM, 11AM, and 5:30PM
Tuesday: 6AM, 9:30AM, 6:30PM
Wednesday: 6AM, 11AM, 6:30PM, Olympic Lifting - 7:30PM
Thursday: 6AM, 9:30AM, 6:30PM
Friday: 6AM, 11AM, and 5:30PM
Saturday: WOD - 10AM, Olympic Lifting - 11:15AM
Sunday: WOD - 10AM
**We have Open Gym time which is NOT listed on this schedule and varies on a day-to-day basis**

More classes will be added as our membership grows and we get feedback from our clients.
We also offer 1-on-1 and small group sessions by appointment.
**The free Assessment and Introduction sessions are scheduled before or after our normal class times.**
