Back Squat
1 x 8 - 65%
1 x 8 - 70%
1 x 6 - 80%
1 x 6 - 85%

 

WOD:

Four sets of:
Alternating Reverse Lunge - 8 x 10 reps each leg
(perform these with a barbell in the front rack position)
Rest 60 seconds
Weighted Strict Pull-Ups x 8-10 reps
Rest 60 seconds
