WU: 400m run, then 2x15 wall balls/20 mountain climbers/3 dynamics, roll and stretch

Skill: take 15 to try and PR or build to a heavy 1 rm back squat

Wod: 7 min AMRAP 
15 deadlifts (185/135)
10 box jumps (24/20)
5 burpee tuck jumps *knees must come up towards chest*
