Skill: pull ups (week 2) 
1. 5x1 eccentric pull ups w/45sec rest 
2. 4x4 ring rows (as hard as possible) w/1 min rest 
3. 3x5 barbell assisted pull ups (add wt if appropriate) w/90 sec rest
