WU: 500 m row OR 400 m run then: 5xBarbell: shrugs/high pulls/squat cleans/push jerk/split jerk/ Roll and Stretch

Skill: Clean and Jerks (week 3)
@80%7x1 w/90 sec rest

Wod: "Death by S2OH"- 18 min running clock
@50% of MAX Shoulder to Overhead!
*Bar comes from the ground on the first rep
*Bar must stay off the ground after first rep, may be racked anywhere on the body
*If you drop the bar 10 burpees then start over
*if you fail 10 burpees then start over
*score is total reps
