Skill: pull ups (week 4)
A) strict pull ups: 5-4-3-2-1 w/1min rest between sets 
**use as little resistance as possible** 
B) Bent over rows at mod heavy wt 4x6 w/1 min rest 
C) 3x1 eccentric pull up w/1min rest

Wod: 12 min EMOM 
Even: 15/12 cal row (male/female)
Odd: 10 snatches (95/65)
