WU: Dynamics/ 10x PVC: OHS/Snatch grip shrugs/ snatch grip high pulls/ Muscle snatch/ snatch balance/ roll&stretch

skill: Take 10 min to complete 5x1: 2 sec pause squat snatch @60% of max
*2 sec pause is at each of the "pull positions" in the snatch
*work on Dropping under the bar!!!!!!
