Monday 2/8/15-
WU: jumping jacks tabata, then: 10x PVC snatch shrugs/PVC snatch high pulls/ PVC OHS

Skill: snatch (week2)
1. Review 1st pull from last week 
2. Break down the 2nd pull of the snatch
3. Put together the 1st&2nd pulls of the snatch 
4. Spend 6 min building to a heavy weight with proper form for the 1st&2nd pull 
** reminder in both of these pulls your arms should NOT bend**
5. Spend 8 min trying to find a max Snatch Balance front the rig

Wod: "Grace" retest from 12/26
30 clean and jerks for time (135/95)
