WU: 500m row then 10x PVC-snatch grip: shrugs/ high pulls/ OHS/ 30 alt supermen/ take 5-7min to roll& stretch

Skill: snatch (week 4)
Take no more then 6 min to build to 70% of your max snatch 
Then...
8 min EMOM:
3 position snatch - the high hang snatch MUST be a full squat snatch!!!
