Monday 2/16/15-
WU: 500m row + 10x PVC snatch shrugs/high pulls/squat snatch 
-take 5-7 min to roll/stretch-

Skill: Snatch (week 3)
1. Break down the 3rd pull of snatch
2. Put the 2nd and 3rd pull together (aka hang snatch) 
3. Take 8 min to establish a HIGH HANG SQUAT snatch

Wod: 10 min AMRAP 
15 deadlifts (205/135)
10 pull ups
