CFT Standard Warm-up and Mobility

Strength:
Back Squats
7 x 5 @ 80%

WOD:
TABATA This & That:
Burpees
Pull-ups
HSPUs
AbMat Sit-Ups
20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times is applied to the above exercises with a one minute rest between stations.
Lowest rep of each is counted for score.
