Strength

4x1 Snatch complex Pull to the just above the knees (hold 3 seconds), Back to the floor
then snatch pull to the hips, back to the floor then 1 full squat snatch

4x1 Clean Complex, Same as above. After the full clean do 1 jerk. (power or squat)

Wod

10 minute AMRAP of:
6 HSPU (off of bumpers if you can do at least 5 hspu)
30 (steps) BB Walking Lunges (front rack) 95/65#
60 Double-Unders
