CFT Standard Warm-up and Mobility

Strength: Back Squat: 2 X 5 @ 70% Rest 45 seconds w/ barbell racked on shoulders >Rest 2 mins< 2 X 3 @ 75% Rest 45 seconds w/ barbell racked on shoulders >Rest 2 mins< 3 X 1 @ 80% Rest 30 seconds **Don't re-rack the barbell after your first set.  Finish your first set of squats and rest w/ the barbell on back for 45 seconds then perform your next set.  Re- Rack the bar add weight (rest 2 minutes) then do the next set same as the first.**

WOD: Sprints~ 3 x 200m Rest 1:1 3 x 200m Rest 1:1.5 3 x 200m Rest 1:2
