Strength: Every 45 sec for 7:30 (22) 2 Deadlifts @ 60% Benchpress 1x5 @ 85% 1x3 @ 90% 1x3 @ 95% 2x3 @ 100%

WOD: 10 minutes total time Even minutes 15 Burpees Odd minutes 3 Power Clean and Jerks at 80% *if you canʼt finish in the minute move on to C & J* *it should equal out to 5 rounds of Burpees and 5 rounds of C&Js*
