One year ago, yesterday, CFT's coach, Steph, lost her good friend, Cassie Hines, to Renal Cell Carcinoma.  Cassie was only 21 and showed so much strength in her battle against this cancer which encouraged Steph to design a WOD to show our "strength for Cassie" through a CrossFit workout.  Each number has a special meaning in Cassie's journey.
