CFT Standard Warm-up and Mobility

Strength: Deadlifts Every 15 seconds for 5 minutes

Bench Press 1 x 5 @ 70% 1 x 5 @  80% 1 x 5 @ 90% 1 x 3 @ 100%

WOD: 3 Rounds for Total Reps~ 1 minute ME Burpee over the Box Jump (24") 1 minute ME C2B Pull-ups 1 minute DB Ground to Overhea (choose DB weight of choice)

Extra Credit: 5 Barbell Turkish Get-ups
