CFT Standard Warm-up and Mobility

Strength: Deadlifts 10 x 2 75-80% of your 1RM Rest 1 min between efforts

Front Squats 3 x 5 70% of your 1 RM On last rep of each set pause at the bottom for 3 seconds

WOD: 7 Min AMRAP~ 12 Pull-ups 12 Pistols 12 Push-ups

Extra Credit: 3 x 10 T2B 3 x 10 KB Swings (70/53#) Alternate between two movements Rest :30 between each set
